I
am not a nutritionist, and these are menus I put together purely for my
own use. I have tried to incorporate general ‘healthy eating’ rules
combined with LID recommendations.
The reason I drew up these sheets was so that it would give me one
less thing to think about while I was off my medication prior to the RAI.
I am not suggesting that anyone follows this list exactly, but it
might be a useful starting point if you wanted to write a list of your
own, using dishes you normally cook for your family.
Although I have included three weekly menus, this does not mean that you necessarily should follow the diet for three weeks. Two weeks or ten days should be enough. Go to the LID Tips page for recipe tips. |
