Sample Menus

I am not a nutritionist, and these are menus I put together purely for my own use. I have tried to incorporate general ‘healthy eating’ rules combined with LID recommendations.  The reason I drew up these sheets was so that it would give me one less thing to think about while I was off my medication prior to the RAI.  I am not suggesting that anyone follows this list exactly, but it might be a useful starting point if you wanted to write a list of your own, using dishes you normally cook for your family. 

 Although I have included three weekly menus, this does not mean that you necessarily should follow the diet for three weeks. Two weeks or ten days should be enough.
